The Best Technologies

StitchBox has invested in BARUDAN embroidery machines and ROLAND printers which enable our company to carry out a first class embroidery, digital print, heat transfer & screen printing service.

EMBROIDERY

The importance of embroidered logo's should not be underestimated, as it can play a vital role with your brand identity and employee branding proposition. With a wide range of thread colours available, we can get your logo to perfection. Be it business or casual wear, our embroidery can bring artwork to life, giving any garment a professional feel that's sure to make the right impression.

The Embroidery option can offer a more professional and durable solution to a print option. Many corporate clients would opt for an embroidered finish for professional events and many corporate clients would opt for an embroidered option on uniforms for durability.

We Offer:

  • ARTWORK DIGITISING SERVICE
  • EMBROIDERED DESIGN SERVICE
  • CONTRACT EMBROIDERY SERVICE

PROCESS

The first step in the embroidery process is to digitise your artwork. The graphic is created using specialised software. This program plots a pathway for the machine's needles to follow and also lets the machine know when colour threads need to change.

Your design is created and the machine and software uses coordinates to map the design which are then entered into the multi-head machine. All very technical!

The selected garment is fixed to the machine in a framed holder named a phantogram. The programmed path for the design is followed and stitched until the entire graphic has been successfully sewn. The garment is then removed from the machine, folded, inspected and packaged.

You will receive a personal one on one service with a variety of branding and garment options until you are fully satisfied with your brand.

PRINT

If embroidered garments are not your bag, you can look at print options. Stitchbox specialise in:

Screen Printing

Screen printing is a printing technique whereby a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate. Screen printing is the best option for designs that require a high level of vibrancy, when printing on dark shirts, or for specialty products. The ink in screen printing is applied thicker than digital printing, which results in brighter colours even on darker shirts.

T-Shirt Printing

Any type of prints you can think of we can do and t-shirt printing is one of our busiest sectors in Stitchbox. We have printed 1000's of t-shirts alone this year for various CSR initiatives, marketing and self-promotional events. Have a look at our many items in our gallery.

Digital Printing

Vinyl printing is all about heat transfer. We use a state of the art machine to cut out letters and designs from coloured vinyl and heat-press them onto the t-shirt to transfer the colour to it. If you want your garment to 'pop' have a look at this option. We have designed really nice ‘glittery options’ for dance schools and ‘florescent options’ for corporate clients that require highly visible uniforms.

Pantone Matching

If your artwork has pantone references we will match the threads or inks with your exact colours. Alternatively if you need a little help choosing colours get in touch and we will guide you based on previous art work and designs.
